Junior/Kids Training Schedule
- One hour of open mat follows all adult Jiu-Jitsu classes
- All students are expected to show on time for class and are to be in a clean uniform
- To attend an advanced class one must have at least one year of training or have the permission of a staff member
- All fighters are expected to attend all advanced Wrestling, MMA, and Sparring sessions on top of their regular training schedules
